Karen Turnquist,  CEO & President

Ms. Turnquist co-founded PrinSource in 1995.  She has been instrumental in developing PrinSource Capital’s credit culture and customer service focus.

Prior to founding the Company, Ms. Turnquist served as regional manager and senior vice president of a national asset-based lending organization; President of Churchill Business Credit; and spent 10 years with several large national banks. She is a frequent instructor for the RMA and other banking organizations on variety of risk management topics.

Steven Foster, EVP

Mr. Foster co-founded PrinSource in 1995.  He has been the key architect of the Company’s market strategy, technology implementation and financial management infrastructure.

Prior to starting PrinSource, Mr. Foster was a senior manager in the national mergers and acquisitions practice at KPMG; a member of the senior management team at a private investment holding company; and spent six years at Price Waterhouse Coopers in the audit and tax disciplines. He is  member of the board of several businesses and not for profits.

Rochelle Hilson, Sr. Vice President Of Finance, Operations & Credit

Ms. Hilson joined PrinSource in 1996 and has been active in the development of the Company’s credit and underwriting policies and its financial infrastructure.

Prior to joining PrinSource, Ms. Hilson spent 2 years with a regional commercial finance company developing credit and underwriting policies, after spending 2 years with a regional CPA firm.

Kristin M. Erickson, Sr. Vice President of Marketing Development

Ms. Erickson joined the Company in 1996 and has been instrumental in developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategy. She has developed an extensive referral network and is a value advisor to client businesses.

Prior to joining PrinSource, Ms. Erickson spent 5 years as a regional sales manager for a national commercial finance company. In addition, she was a credit analyst for a national consumer finance company.

Norb Schiek, Sr. Vice President, Milwaukee Branch

Norb joined PrinSource in 2002 and he has successfully grown and  managed the Wisconsin region.  He has been instrumental in developing new products and creative financing solutions, and is a trusted client advisor.

Prior to joining the company, Norb was a vice president in sales for one of the nation’s largest asset based and cash flow lenders, and has over 13 years experience in the commercial finance industry.  He also is a CPA and has tax, auditing, and underwriting experience.

Tom Geisen, Sr. Vice President

Mr. Geisen joined the Company in January of 2006 to develop and manage our Asset Based Lending product.

He has been the key architect of our marketing and sales strategy to the Asset based Lending marketplace in addition to developing creative financing structures for new client relationships.

Prior to joining the Company and co-founding PBC, Mr. Geisen was a Vice President for a national asset-based lending organization and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial finance industry.  He has also served in several senior financial manager positions within Cargill, Inc.

Tracy Nelson, Sr. Vice President

Mr. Nelson joined the Company in January of 2006 to develop and manage our Asset Based Lending product.

He has been the primary developer of the company's Asset Based Lending credit and underwriting policies and risk management procedures.

Prior to joining the Company and co-founding PBC, Mr. Nelson was a Vice President for a national asset-based lending organization and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial finance industry. In addition, he has spent several years as a financial manager in multiple operating companies.
